99% of the participants on SI could perform as unimpressively as (or much better than) GWB. Worst moves were to put in O'Neill as Treasury Sec and to be conned by Putin. O'Neill should be put out to pasture and Putin only wants to skin our balls. This is a deckhand in charge of running the world's biggest ship. At least, Gore had some tech smarts and understanding that priming the tech sector is the key to industrial recovery, worldwide. All JWB, apparently, cares about is sky wars, domestic oil drilling and not further falling on his face. Answer is a Greenspan with balls. Immediate 1% drop in interest rates and other measures to flood the world with dollars, forcing Japanese and Europeans to do likewise with respective currencies, creating the condition where demand exceeds supply in high-tech goods.
