Richard, pardon me if I'm a bit cynical when it comes to demand for commercial space in the DC area. This is a company town where the major employer is not in the habit of firing or laying off people, and where the board of directors on Capitol Hill and Pennsylvania Ave. have made it perfectly clear that they're open to contributions from lobbyists and other interest groups. Failing any campaign finance reform that would curtail some of these activities, I can't see anything but a continually growing market, particularly for commercial office space in the DC area.

Richard, A message on the UHT-Yahoo board indicated that Cramer of Street.com gave a buy signal yesterday.

I got into NHR at 10.5 after you posted on it, but sold at 12.6 pre-dividend thinking it was getting up there and would sell off. Switched to UHT and watched NHR go to 15, hardly giving me any chance back in. Maybe it'll work in reverse now (g).
