Olu: I don't see your point. Does this look like a bottom technically? If we do break the Apr lows then what is the likely downside on the S+P and Nasdaq?

Well the SPX had held up relatively well so far. But I expect it will go down to be more compatible with the distress in tech land. Either that or we will see some recovery in the tech companies that supply the big industrial, drug, oil, and financial companies.

My guess is the sp 500 will go down first.
