Which turned out to be a facade. Buckley was fooled by a slick pol. How brilliant was that? I see nothing amusing about a conservative icon acting like a fool.

THe Club for Growth have a better idea. Instead of endorcing the least objectionable candidate, they help real conservatives in the primaries.

At the time, at least, he [Lieberman]was more conservative.
