Cramer makes a good point here susie, IMO: "Let this market drop to levels where the companies have to buy
back stocks, where the sellers are exhausted and finished."

These insiders aren't buying, many are still dumping.
I agree with Jerry, looking for SOXX 460 and short all rallies, in the short term.
