Hi Dan,

I've fooled around for a number of years with trading systems, straddles, futures, S&Ps, etc. and so far, CCs seems like the best thing I've found. Its a type of option strategy that's allowed in IRA accounts, is widely accepted and entire books are written about it (unlike straddles).

You can't double your money in a day or month, but 5%/month is pretty good and could make you financially independent in a few years if you can master it.

I agree that you have to be disciplined about your stops. I just closed one that went south. I couldn't believe it was happening, it made no sense and I was tempted to give it more time to recover, but somehow regained my senses and closed it.

Do you use other option strategies in this bear market?

Brooks
