Guree, I don't need to read it, I already know what it's about. (Anyway, as an fairly old man, the few years I have left to me I wouldn't spend at the Kiki Table)

You can be sure they are forecasting disaster by saying the assets covered by the outstanding derivatives are greater than all the tea in China and/or all the money in the world and/or all the gold in Fort Knox or whatever.

And the bang at LTCM was child's play compared to what is going to happen when the banks, who have sold the derivatives, collapse etc etc.

And, of course, the Government is involved, and the gold cartel, and the forward sellers who are short 25,000 tonnes and who are going to have to buy in next week, and Greenspan is the biggest conspirator, and Goldman Sachs is replete with rogues etc etc

Blah Blah.

And, it's only a matter of time before the gold conspiracy is exposed with brand new evidence and the guys in the US Treasury are running for cover.

And please don't forget, pass all contributions to GATA, the only good and honest fellas in town.(Not forgetting our good friends at Gold Eagle whose web site had a billion hits yesterday.....)

Tom, did you just describe your library?

Long Term Capital Management proved that only millionaires aren't allowed to swallow the bitter medicine of their own investing follies.
