Charred Depends how you look at it, 6% of $23 million is $1.38 million which someone is going to spend on NDE's behalf, not bad really. At recent stock prices they would have to issue 15 plus million shares to bring in the kind of money which is in excess of 50% of the current issued stock. But then, I am not attempting to convince you of anything as your comments both here and Stockhouse are all negative (unless you hadn't noticed). I doubt therefore that you own this stock so your comments are somewhat meaningless anyway. Terence
