By the way, at the tops, which is a little contrived I'll admit, this small basket of companies had a market capitalization equal to the GDP of the United States. ROFL! No cause for alarm there. -s

I forget... it was the "new economy" and these sort of relative measures made sense back then. -g

Where did you get the list

My bad. It was from a RagingBull board...someone on, I think, MDD had posted the link. I believe tat VTOreport site has a list too.

The list is a little off. A lot of 2 and 3 for one stock splits are not taken into account.

For example
ARBA $366.69 3/8/00 $1.88 ($364.81) 99.50% Ariba

The high was actually $183 because of a 2 for 1 split so instead of being down 99.50% to date it is only down 98.9%. This should come as a relief to long term shareholders who saw the original list and freaked out <ggg>
