EP, Re: <Didn't new tax laws make this much more difficult?> (In discussion of options repricing) I'm not familiar with that tax law change -- I'm not one of the fortunates who had options exercise prices reset -- but it sure sounds like a good and warranted change to me. I was surprised and angry to find that the executive options were reset down in exercise price in exchange for poor performance.(I think it was during the fiasco of the K6 that wouldn't yield at 233.) tgptndr
