Condaleeza Rice is an enigma. Why is she more right-wing hawkish than anyone in the State Department? What kind of upbringing shaped that in her? Being a black woman she was valuable to the right-wing GOP so they offered and she went with it. Became a board member of Chevron with Bush Sr's help, even got an oil tanker named after her. But what does anyone know about the real person here. Being a black woman, what possible merit does she see in a right-wing takeover of the US? Certainly she's not thinking of her own peoples good. But does she even consider them "her people"? She has those big Christian church lady eyes, I know, but other than that I don't get a feel for her other than being a close Bush crony, very intelligent and promoted beyond anything her prior experience merited, just like her boss.
