Re. Sudan. I don't know what the JV agreement with CNOC et. al. contains, but perhaps TLM could shop the Sudan interest elsewhere? I recall hearing a couple of years ago that ELF was very interested. Would the Sudan issue have different dynamics in Europe than in the U.S.? Possibly. If Sudan were easily marketable, you set the stage for unlocking a ton of value, as discussed. TLM would offer an attractive package; without Sudan, U.S. acquisitors could bring their superior currency to play. Hey, I'd take an AXL-style 52% premium for the shares I have.
