The bullish are thinking we've seen the worst in the second Qtr .... as Jean points out were just beginning the storm season... and tax-selling . the guys right , it's going to be a struggle and extremely rotational.,,till they see the first signs of real improvement. but just think ...if they see a respite & no bad news for just two mornings in a row that itself will be a reason to rally .<gg> but rallies will get sold , at least for another couple of weeks...and any upside very limited...cause tech is dead. fear is with the upside , and greed is with the downside...and many are still overvalued.. (Did you see that bounce on ITWO friday morning? Almost took out 12K shrs premrkt @$5 , but let it go<gg>)
