My argument was that the analogy is poor. "Insider trading" is clearly defined. If you posses any non-public information, you cannot trade. Counting cards, however, is allowed to an extent, but only if you don't win too much. That's bogus. Rules need to be clear, dictating what can and cannot go on inside someone's head is ridiculous. Now, if the player was getting fed information (about the deck in general, other ppls cards etc.), then that would clearly be illegal (and analogous to insider trading). To say that some people are simply "too good to play" should not be allowed. That's like forbidding someone to trade stocks just because that person is "too good".
