Remember the tax rebate notice saying "President Bush is giving you back your money". That was five months ago. Where it is when the economy needs a big kick in the butt? Bush may single-handedly put Wall Street out of business if we don't get some real leadership on the economy soon. Put Rubin back in charge. Why not? Clinton apointed Republicans. Why does everyone in the Bush White House have to be a crony of GW and Poppy? Because they have a lot of secrets to keep?
