As I had previously posted gov't spending to bolster this would be a greater stimulant to the economy than tax rebates or cuts in cap gains. BTW Wasn't the market action of the last few years sufficient to demonstrate that we don't need a cut in cap gains to get people investing? A healthy economic growth rate is much more successful.
