This is a joke, Lalit, right? Non-disclosure? There are 3 things for certain that happened which don't require being kept secret because standard boiler plate IS no secret

1) BMO/Nesbitt got to state in writing that they were not admitting any fault or wrongdoing! <---That is standard boilerplate;

2) The plaintiffs had to sign away any further rights of litigation in any future suits they were planning to bring and close this matter.

3) The plaintiffs got a WAD a cash that you and I'll never see, which BMO Nesbitt doesn't want that out b/c others' personal injury attorneys just might want that much or more, too.

OH,and I forgot #4
which is the mooooooooooooost important of course:
The plaintiff and the defendant's lawyers GOT even richer off of this one!!!

So, tell me again, why the big secret? Simply because #4 doesn't want the world to know how much THEY got!
