Actually, they (the power) are always arming the dirty pri*ks--- They seem to get uptight when the Pri*k forgets who armed him.... So,, I get the silly notion that they like/need dirty pricks to do their dirty work which in most cases is very helpfull to vested interests.....eg; xon,, t c,, axp-- etc....ho ho ho
