Thanks - This is all so confusing.
Will post on my board.
Not seen or heard of this before.
Person immediately sold his shares and is thinking of shorting it.

Oddly enough I would have thought it might be a good short -
a REIT (I think some of them could be in trouble)

Right now it seems perhaps someone is liquidating at market value as opposed to trying to setal something.

Couls be they are idiots trying to steal the wrong thing but I suppose they could withdraw the offer it if turns down fast.
