This is no game. I now give you the opportunity to come forward. If you do not, the consequences are yours alone. Gee, Olivier thanks for that as-usual ominous P.M. giving us our "final" warning. I'm still quaking in my boots... my, I truly am so scared now! You've been rattling your saber for months, and I haven't even received so much as a hollow threatening letter from your lawyers. Surely with all those bigtime lawyers you're working with -- and maybe some of those in your highly-pedigreed family that you've droned on about ad nauseum in the mass emails you inflict upon us all -- you can do better than that? Like we said before -- BRING IT ON, we can't wait to hear from them! In other words, PUT UP OR SHUT UP. Surely, in your 31 esteemed years you've learned how to get important things like that done? By the way, none of the people that told us they replied to your emails soliciting fellow plantiffs have heard back from you or any lawyers... aren't you going to get in touch with them? It might help your case, to collect... some hard evidence and some fellow losing traders. Nawh, never mind! I do have one constructive suggestion: you may want to consider renaming your thread "losers, whiners, and crybabies apply here!". Or... surely your time might be better spent learning how to trade? Then again, maybe not. Well, I have to run now; all those Swiss bank accounts to tend to makes me a very busy boy... not to mention all those smoke-filled-rooms I have to get back into!
