sea otter, I thought there has been some small improvement in tech lately. NAPM manufacturing and book to bill are c/w possible turn. So why are VC so bearish. Also, most investors are contrary indicators at bottoms but some (commercials from COT) are accurate. Do you have any impression from the past few years whether VC investors are leading (accurate) indicators. Thanks for the interesting info
