What is your point? The "point" is, that the Palestinians are a people caught in the middle of some very powerful forces in the Mid-East. Neither side particularly wishes to sacrifice any of their geography to accomodate them... not Jordan or Syria, nor Egypt, and certainly not Israel, which has been in a constant state of declared, and undeclared, war with all of the for over 50 years. And they are controlled by a corrupt non-elected leadership that consistently chooses confrontation over compromise. A leadership that has deprived its own people of any measure of economic progress they had achieved between 1967 and 1993. And btw, I DID read your post very carefully to ensure that I wasn't misunderstanding what I believed you to mean. Be more clear next time. Hawkmoon
