Welcome back. Haven't heard from you here for a while.

The discussion was about people feeling compelled to break the law. I was just pointing out that there is in fact no such compulsion, that it's a free choice. If the speed limit were set at 54, people should go that. If it were set at 4.4, then people should drive 4.4 miles an hour until they get the law changed.

Sometimes when I've been away from a thread for a while I don't read everything that went on in my absence, and so sometimes miss the context of posts. You've been away for a while; may be you missed the full context.
