UTSI: entered 2001 at 15.5 and is now at 16.20, so will institutions dump? Perhaps; it was at 24 June 30th.

Still with a PE of about 35 and all this news recently (including a huge one today)

and conferences last Friday and today....and China's entry into WTO pending.... you'd think it held possibilities.
