Qwest gonna get hit today with this warning.

Qwest Comms (Q) 18.14: Company warns that Y01 (Dec) will see revenues of $20.5 bln vs current consensus of $21.4 bln; also announces further reductions in its capital expenditures for 2001 from approximately $8.8 bln to $8.5 bln; in 2002, Qwest's capital budget will be reduced from about $7.5 bln to about $5.5 bln; as a result, expects to be free cash flow positive in Q2 of 2002; expects to reduce its workforce by 4,000 jobs
