This GEO bunch is a throw back to the Clinton administration: diversion by ommission. Here we have the issue of this toxic warrants looming, and they come out with this worthless IR that really says nothing more than that a puny 250K will be deferred from the sinking fund to help with the fix up. Is that really meaningful news? No, it's a decoy for investors they obviously regard as stupid. Wonder what kind of a haircut RC extracted from GEO on that one.
