CNN also predicted Greenspan will lower down to 2.75% by end of year, lowest interest rates in our lifetimes. That he will not wait until the next Fed meeting but may even strike again this week. And that John Kerry will back capital gains tax cuts making it happen despite Bush's inbetween position. We'll see.

I half-expected a Black Monday today but now I think we'll end up in the green. The panic has passed and we're just down a notch in a lower trading range for awhile. But I think we're at the bottom of that new trading range with April lows still holding (precariously at least). Just guessing really. But some leaders are in the green (IBM, AOL, etc.) and that's cause for a little optimism.
