Yes, the power area too. All friends of GW and should not be bet against for the next 3 years anyway. But most likely to benefit is still Cheney's HAL which is right now near its 52 week low. They also do secret big stuff like get rid of nuclear waste and nuclear arms and boy is Cheney pushing for more of that though he may never get his beloved nuclear power plants. - UCL also, they own the patent on cleaner formulated gasoline which works wonders for the air here in LA. Mot refineries contract with them and pay them a royalty on each gallon. Exxon is stonewalling and complaining to their buddies in the White House but UCL has already won a decision from the Supreme Court. So is Exxon more powerful than the Supreme Court? (don't answer that)

Also California still pays $1.65 a gallon, 35% higher than during Clinton (gouging on a modest scale) so the retailers like CHV, P (Union), X and Shell are still raking it in here at least. Winter coming soon for higher NG and heating oil prices.
