Seasonal is one reason, also many conferences coming up.
I also think many who don't want regular tech stocks are and will continue to move their money into Biotechs and Pharmas

My brother who worked with SCNT now works in biotech.
They are well-funded right now and venture capital money has switched over from dot-bombs to that sector. This may explain their resilience. And the big drug companies supply substantial support. I have never touched the stocks myself but they may be something of a safe haven. Maybe. But I'd rather go with top earners like HAL and SKX right now. And cash cows like AAPL.
