Good question about whether INSP bought the shares back to keep them from being dumped on the market. However, the bottom line is that INSP "is" buying them back and "is" retiring them. This bodes well for INSP shareholders and Wall Street does look favorably upon buybacks. Personally, I'm glad to see it happening.

Sounds like someone came up with a very good plan to keep the shares from being dumped on the open market and the bottom being dropped like a lead balloon.

It would be a reasonable conclusion that this maneuver was NOT conceived by Jain.
