I'm not bullish. I was scared to death over the weekend that we'd have a Black Monday. But I also feel the market is oversold and 3 more Q's of recession are priced in. And that interest rates will be the lowest ever, inflation zero, tax cuts may help some and that gradually things will start looking OK-neutral again. That's not really bullish. Friday knocked me for a loop. That was capitulation. Anything more would be outright panic. Looks like we held the total panic line.
