All my stocks but oils are in the green. Time to cover if you get this dip. This week should be a pretty sizeable rally time. Shorts are getting out and staying out. Ones who aren't too greedy that is.

This is what you can expect in the very near future from DC:

1. cap gains tax both parties
2. some pull back by bush on estate taxes
3. rebates on fica
4. increase education spending
5. increased military spending
6. Prescription drug plan
7. 1/2 - 3/4 point cut from fed
8. tax rebate checks spent
9. more consolidation deals

Which means rallies off successful re-test(s) of April lows
basuically putting us in slightly lower trading range than last month which we are now at or close to the bottom of.

QQQ back to even. Rises meeting some selling but that's understandable. Have to burn off some of the "get out at any price crowd" here. Still huge short positions yet to cover and any positive event could cause a major squeeze.
I'll bet we get something dramatic tomorrow. Just my guess.
