I beg to differ. The political parties will compete to be the ones who to be trying to help the economy now. A capital gains tax cut is a no-brainer so long as the Dems agree. Greenspan will cut 3-4 more times. We have zero inflation and cash needs to be as cheap as possible to fuel a rebound. Experts I heard last night predict it at any time. Greenspan usually likes Tuesdays. So maybe tomorrow. You want to be short for either or both of these sudden events? Take the money and run.
