Interesting on the S&P values using GAAP accounting rather than pro-forma. More interesting would be the values using forward earnings. This is an exercise I have been working on, but for the Nas 100.

I only have a first pass at the figures so far. Have looked at just the 23 largest index components but these together account for 60% of the weighting.

Results so far tell me we are a long way from bear market values.
