And we need to be more of a democracy where votes actually count (and are counted, and re-counted) gg. Right now Wyoming has three times as much political power as DC for instance with less of a population. These type of inefficiences should be corrected. Voters are what should count not acreage. Otherwise it's the tyranny of the minority on important issues. And add in soft money and the special interests win, consumers and citizens lose.
