It was suggested I post this PM and ask if everyone agrees with it or not:

DOn't get me wrong.....the Rams are a very good team. But the defense WONT come together this year. I don't think they played well at all yesterday of the defensive side. You have to keep in mind that you played a team who has a running back who was injured last year, rookie wide outs and a QB that is not quite there yet. The reason Philly lost that game was because McNabb threw the ball 48 times! Show me a team throwing 40 times a game and I'll show you a team that will generally lose. Very few teams in history have been able to throw that often and win. The ONLY reason the Rams can pull it off is because you have 3 stud wide outs and a major stud at back. Balance is what it takes to win games. Dare I say I believe the Rams would have lost to the Packers yesterday had they played. Favre had about 275 yards passing and we had about 175 rushing. That is the kind of attack that wins games in the NFL. Now.....we wont do that every week which is why we wont go to the superbowl. But if we come even close to that.....Look out! I love Warner and I love the story behind him but Favre is WITHOUT QUESTION the best field general in the league. He has the heart of a giant and maybe the strongest arm in NFL history. He puts more juice on that ball than anyone I have ever seen.
