QQQ's rebalancing should take place at the end of the month. Since the QQQ takes the 100 top companies by market cap, obviously many tech names will be dropping off all together (ATHM, EXDS, INKT) while others may simply have a percentage reduction. We expect to see many biotech names picking up the slack for these names Fred

Possible though I think we get the big rally first after last week's fairly climactic sell-off. Don't forget the Fed, Bush, Wall Street, Congress, Senate, all focused on the market right now and trying to reverse any panic or jitters. Rally-time will depend on these factors more than any charts. A Fed move and capital gains tax move can be expected any day now.

Here is the score: Of the 104 postings made today, American Whatsisname posted 34 and Softechie 34. (At least he makes a bit of a contribution to the thread at times.) Sharck posted 8. (Those that have the most to say, do it in the fewest words) It has been requested on a number of threads that I have followed over time and that have been infected by A Whatsisname's postings, that he starts his own thread.
