Dennis, it looks like those OEM's for some reason really do want to keep their sources secret, at least in the early stages. Our buddy 'sail3' on Yahoo apparently emailed Spectronic a while back:

< On email to Spectronnics in April regarding battery make, reply was, "We are not allowed to release this information at this time." >

It bugs us when VLNC won't release customer names, but in almost every case so far when people have contacted likely OEM's who claim to be using polymer batteries they've refused to divulge their battery source, be it VLNC or somebody else. This does tend to support VLNC's claim that they don't want their names divulged. Let's at least hope they'll be allowed to reveal the customer if/when Stephan gets the really meaningful 'design win' he is aiming for.
