Jacob - good post. You have described the business and macro terms quite concisely.

But outside of those that directly supply the telecom food chain, it's not really the businesses that are the problem. It's the prices of the stocks are still so far out of whack it's not funny.

Take Cisco. People are mentioning that it shouldn't be valued at cycle bottom. Yet applying growth valuation metrics. And still stretching the believable to the limit.

So sure, business is coming back. But where does this intersect with prices going down. I think that's the more appropriate discussion.

The bubble disassociated prices with business results. We know that now. But what do you say now: are they back in line, or is there more to go, or have we over-rotated there too?
