The 78% figure appears to reflect Wash. DC only. But either way it's sky high. This is not a great commentary on the bahavior of black men........or women. But the issue was also JDN's comment that this has something to do with our "liberal society." How exactly he didn't say. But if it does, how come it effects Afro-American behavior so much more than whites with their 22% unwed mother birth rate?
