Corn was originally something like tripiscome dylactlia. A bunch of leaves and one stalk with 8 seeds on it. The Aztecs bread it into the ear bearing species.

Last night I drove up the road and went to a local farm that's on the mail road. I stopped got tree ears of sweet corn a tomato and left my dollar bill with all the others in the plastic bucket with all the other money. A few other customers stopped by and self served and paid by the honor system.

Anyway we cooked the three ears and only used two. I just microwaved the corn and it was as good tonight.
