The companies are currently cooperating in developing a product for non-invasive insulin delivery. In a separate agreement it was also decided that Novo Nordisk would provide additional manufacturing capacity to Aradigm while receiving rights to use Aradigm's proprietary technology at its own production facilities.<< snip For those scoring at home, Novo got those shares for $3.53 a piece.
