What do you think of the "Job Fair" situation where one or more groups, like the Chamber of Commerce and City Hall, sponsor an employee recruitment drive for a group of employers? What do think is the most important aspect to present to a prospective employer there? Clothing, body language, spoken language, documents like resumes, or what? My guess, having never been to one, is that it is a lot more informal than a normal job interview, but how far does that informality extend?

TIA, Chas
