No, what you are doing is exactly what you were faulting the President for doing: talking the economy down. People who live in glass houses.....

It's not exactly gloating since I have a hard time being mirthful about a situation that has cost me more than half a million dollars and is still rising.
Didn't have the brains to recognize a bubble, eh? I did. But in that case, blaming Bush is total hogwash; you were going to lose the money anyway.

I said that Junior George's stupid idea to forget about the Reagan initiated government debt
Know what you got for "the Reagan initiated government debt"? The collapse of the Soviet Empire and the end of the Cold War. You don't think the '90s would have occurred if the Cold War had still been draining the economy, do you?

Even I didn't imagine that he would be so stupid as to disengague from the world economy
Saying NO to the Europeans regarding an idiotic treaty that the Senate had already tossed over the side is hardly disengauging from the world economy.

My husband phoned a few minutes ago and told me he heard on the radio about the terrorist attacks
on the Pentagon and World Trade Center. I can hardly believe it. I can think of only one person
who would want to do something like this and he is or was on the FBI's most wanted list: Bin Ladan.
I probably misspelled his name, but I think you know who I mean.

He is a terrible man filled with hatred.

It's so hard to believe this tragedy occurred. I haven't heard how many people lost
their lives. Yet, the point this tragedy stresses is that clever people can
hijack planes and a sophisticated missile defense system wouldn't stop them.
