DJ, I am interested in getting abit more knowledge about real estate (commercial and business buildings). It may be very expensive to tear up buildings' guts and redesign the floor plan. But apart form walls, light-partitions and flooring, there is an important issue I'm interested in: There must be an associated cost in re-wiring for preparing the buildings' for new tenants hit the deck running an have their LANs up and running once they move in. Any thoughts of you on that re-wiring for LANs thing will be much appreciated.
