I agree fully with your philosophical perspective, but as far as Luc goes, even a broken clock is right twice a day... as BB aptly pointed out, this clown has been short the NAZ from 1500 all the way up to 5000 and now he's boasting about the coming crash... guess what, the crash in the NAZ is about over, what a fool... the other markets averages have not fallen as badly, there are still good pics out there, one merely has to do his/her homework...

Hi Vi,

I can give you a better reply this morning, I was preoccupied yesterday morning with the terrible news we all share... I've been short on occasion but had reason to believe these markets were about to bottom earlier... obviously these markets are still working lower, but this is why I scale in a bit at a time as we move lower... I never think I can pick the bottom tick, so I nibble as we move lower and sort of price average my way as we go... I feel rather comfortable with my positions and will continue buying into severe sell offs... one day, some day, maybe, these markets will recover (I really do expect that to happen) and I'll make out very well... this has been my strategy for about 35 years and I've been very successful with it in all kinds of markets over time..... I don't commit all or none, just a percentage at a time... some others on this thread may not be able to grasp that simple concept and may think I'm foolish, but it works very well for me and that's all that counts.....
