Someone from the DLFP politburo denied responsibility, so the matter is now confused.....Definitely a suicide crash at the Pentagon. Massive evacuation at key sites (White House, Capitol, State Department). No civilian air traffic allowed for the time being. American Airlines confirms that the 757 to LA was one of the planes in New York, hijacked from Boston. Dan is right, one tower has collapsed. I cannot tell if any is left.......

I think it improper to take this tragedy to score points. DFLP is a socialist organization. LOL, do you see any tiny contradiction between your statements...? Never heard of the DFLP. I assume they're some extremist militant Islamic group claiming (with any basis? who knows) to be working on behalf of the Palestinians. As far as I'm concerned they're another group of murderous terrorists. In their eyes, presumably they see their homelands siezed, their people in prison ghettoes and subject to daily bombardment, and even their police subject to rocket attack by their occupiers. They see their best option as attacking their foe's main (almost only) ally and subsidiser... showing as little regard or care for civilian life, Geneva conventions etc. - as Israel itself. Will it work? I doubt it. But if this is the case, expect such attacks to continue for as long as Israel occupies the rest of Palestine. BTW, You weaken what little case you have even further by using 'socialist' as abuse, justification and condemnation in one. I doubt that Marx would have seen any great ownership of their aims, means or ideals.
