The cause of these attacks go way beyond US support for Israel, although that is a key factor. The US has been bombing Iraq for years and is the prime mover behind the sanctions that have killed hundreds of thousands of civilians there. Strange as it may seem, an awful lot people hate us bitterly for this and a few are willing to sacrifice their lives to get vengeance Incidents such as this are inevitable as long as the US maintains its policy of striving towards total world domination.
