I'm not saying it would be done haphazardly....it may take months, even years to find him, but he'll be found by security sources....the reward for his capture is going to be so enormous, some greedy bastard will give the right information somewhere along the line...

There is going to be enormous pressure on whatever government where the terrorist is hiding to allow extra-forces to find...World government are all going to support finding this guys, including U.N.

I don't think the U.S. would pull a massive invasion like Russia did...but when they get close....I could see a pretty big, intelligent para-strike...maybe more than one.
