Dude, of course it will solve something....not everyone has $30 million dollars and can organize something like this.... you take out one guy capable of this, that's one less guy (of a very small group, if at all) who can do it....there are a lot of p.o.'ed people in the world who simply don't have the means (money, education, etc) to pull off this kind of stuff, and never will... Of course, one has to solve the bigger, underlying problems at the same time....I agree this is the head of the problem, not the problem itself....gotta solve both.
